We offer painting of external and internal surfaces of black pipes and internal surfaces of insulated pipes by applying coatings that protect pipelines from corrosion.
We offer painting with epoxy, polyurethane, zinc and bituminous paints.
Internal paint coatings are used for anti-corrosion protection of:
• drinking water pipelines
• fuel and industrial pipelines in refineries and other chemical plants,
• gas pipelines,
• protective pipes
• industrial water and sewage pipelines.
External paint coatings are used to provide anti-corrosion protection for above-ground installations, including:
• water supply systems,
• pipelines in electricity board,
• chimneys,
• gas pipelines,
• fuel pipelines for petrol stations and refineries,
• industrial pipelines,
• fire protection pipelines,
• protective pipes.
For the proposed paint coatings, appropriate corrosivity classes are used (according to the PN-EN ISO 12944-2:2000 standard). Corrosivity classes are selected for the working environment and resistance requirements to external factors:
• C1 – very low,
• C2 – low
• C3 – medium,
• C4 – high,
• C5 – very high industrial,
• C5-M – very high marine,
• CX – extremely high.
